Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order, and then the shipping method you chose will follow accordingly. We will ship out as soon as we are ready and notify you by an email. You will receive emails such as ‘order confirmation’, ‘Your order is shipped via #’. If you have any address changes, please contact us at banacoco12@gmail.com.

For ‘made to order’, please be patient and wait for us to prepare your order. All items on this website is handmade and made by only one designer.

International

For international delivery, please contact us to banacoco12@gmail.com for a quote. Shipping fees do not include import duties, VAT or tariffs; these are the responsibility of the customer and are usually collected upon delivery. BANACOCO is not responsible for payment of this duty. We are not responsible for uninsured items lost in the mail. Please write us to request insurance if desired.
